1 Copyright Infringement Notice

Because Movorastar does not host, store, or distribute any video content on its servers � and acts solely as a navigation gateway to third-party embedded sources � removal of content from our platform requires us to block access to the specific identifier (IMDb or TMDB ID) associated with the allegedly infringing material.

Important: Movorastar cannot remove or modify content hosted on external third-party servers. If you are a copyright holder, you should also contact the relevant third-party source directly for content removal from their platform.

3 Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

Your physical or electronic signature (a typed name at the end of your email is sufficient)
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (include registration numbers if available)
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific IMDb or TMDB ID(s) accessible through Movorastar
Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address

4 Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content was removed or access was blocked as a result of a mistaken DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following:

Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was blocked, including the IMDb or TMDB ID
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where the service provider is located)

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore access to the material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the infringing activity.

5 Repeat Infringer Policy

Movorastar respects copyright laws and maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to block access to specific IDs, content categories, or the entire service in response to repeated infringement claims.

We also reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and intellectual property holders in the investigation of suspected copyright infringement.

6 Modifications to This Policy
