1. Copyright Compliance
MovoraStar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable international copyright laws, we have established a procedure for receiving and addressing notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
All DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications should be sent to our designated copyright agent:
Email: contact@movorastar.live
Response Time: We aim to respond to all valid notices within 2-3 business days.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe in good faith that content accessible through our Website infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the following information:
Required Information
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including sufficient information to locate the material (e.g., the IMDb/TMDB ID, URL, or title)
- Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
4. Content Removal Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice that complies with statutory requirements, MovoraStar will:
- Review the notice for completeness and legal sufficiency
- Contact the relevant third-party source hosting the allegedly infringing content, as we do not control the content directly
- Remove or disable access to the referenced content from our platform if it is within our technical ability to do so
- Notify the user who submitted the notice of the actions taken
Please note that since our service acts as a gateway to third-party embedded content, our ability to remove content is limited to delisting or disabling access through our interface. Content hosted on external servers must be removed by the respective hosting provider.
5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or the federal court in the district where our service provider is located)
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court order within 10-14 business days, the removed content may be reinstated.
6. Repeat Infringers
MovoraStar reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. In appropriate circumstances, we will promptly disable or terminate access to the service by users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
7. International Copyright
While the DMCA is a United States law, MovoraStar respects copyright laws internationally. If you are outside the United States and believe your copyright has been infringed, please provide a notice with the same level of detail as described above. We will review and address all valid copyright infringement notices regardless of jurisdiction.
8. Good Faith Submissions
Pursuant to Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please ensure that all information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
9. Content Restrictions
MovoraStar enforces automated filtering mechanisms to prevent access to explicit or restricted material. For detailed information, please review our Content Policy.
